AI-Integrated Quantum Computing for Optimized UAV System

Abstract—This paper examines how quantum computing can enhance Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) operations by addressing environmental challenges in real-time applications like surveillance and disaster response. UAVs are well-suited for mobile access networks, but factors like obstacles and energy limits pose challenges. Quantum Computing, leveraging principles like superposition and entanglement, provides a promising solution for these challenges through rapid, efficient problem-solving in optimization and machine learning tasks. By leveraging quantum optimization and AI-driven error correction, our approach enables adaptive UAV path planning and improved fault tolerance. This interdisciplinary framework offers a scalable solution for autonomous UAV deployment, advancing UAV applications in complex environments and next-generation networks.
