Article Processing Charge

The author's company or institution will be requested to pay a flat article processing charge of USD 800 for an accepted manuscript regardless of the length of the paper. The article processing charge is mandatory. Article Processing Charges are required after a manuscript has been accepted for publication. There are no charges for rejected articles. For reviewers, we will provide a discount voucher for each qualified review, and the voucher is effective within one year. Please note that the voucher is only applied for submissions in this journal, and the authors may use one or several vouchers for one submission.

Fee Waiver Policy

• Aligned with COPE guidelines, we ensure financial circumstances do not hinder knowledge dissemination.  • Full or partial waivers may be granted under the following criteria:

 

Eligible Applicants:

• Unfunded students (institutional certification required)
• Authors affected by humanitarian crises (e.g., conflict, natural disasters)

 

Application Process:

• Declare waiver request in the cover letter during submission
• Submit formal application letter (research significance + financial hardship statement)

• Provide financial verification from institution/funding body

• Editorial Office will notify results via email within 14 working days

Note: Waiver decisions do not influence manuscript evaluation; all judgments are strictly merit-based.

• Online Payment: Via online system using Visa/Mastercard or PayPal
• Bank Transfer: Account details available in submission system (include manuscript ID in reference)

Note: Payment notifications are sent upon formal acceptance. Unpaid invoices after 30 days will delay publication.
