Abstract—In this study we propose a new architecturenamed VIP (VHE in mobile IP networks) which guaranteesauthorized user access and user mobility management. Themain goal is to bring the VIP architecture closer to thecurrent GSM networks. To achieve this goal ourarchitecture is based on LDAP and RADIUS services. VIP isable to ensure user’s mobility across different IP domains. For the transportation of personalized services acrossdifferent networks VHE (Virtual Home Environment) isemployed. VHE gives a set of recommendations forproviding users their home environment in foreignnetworks. The VHE services are activated to transport theuser’s profile between the home and the foreign network.
